Discovery
We discuss your expectations, needs, budget, and timing. I explain each stage and answer all your questions.
Contract
I work only with a contract, because it is the foundation of a comfortable collaboration for both sides.
Measurements & photo documentation
On-site visit for accurate measurements and photo documentation of the space.
Layout options
I prepare several layout options, and we choose the one that fits you best.
Visualizations
After the layout is approved, we move on to visualizations (three revisions are free).
Technical drawings
After visualizations are approved, I prepare all technical drawings required for your specific space.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a project cost?
Project cost depends on the selected service and is determined based on the measured floor plan of the space.
How is payment made?
Payment is made according to the contract in three stages: 1) at contract signing — 30% advance of the total amount; 2) after receiving and approving visualizations — 30% of the remaining contract amount; 3) at signing the completion act — 40% of the amount remaining after the first two payments.
What will I receive?
You will receive the full list of services according to the selected package, plus two printed copies of the project: A5 for contractors and A4 for the client.
